Our Story
Our Founder and COO, Trevor Mundle, was inspired to establish MGTI 17 years ago during his commute to the oil field, where he was faced with a significant waste problem. Disturbed by the improper disposal of substantial quantities of agricultural plastic waste, he harnessed his chemistry skills to develop innovative processes for waste elimination. Driven by the desire to utilize his degree effectively and the belief in superior waste management methods, Trevor aimed to devise solutions that were more straightforward and environmentally friendly.

Attending to the growth and fluidity of MGTI is Chief Financial Officer Nathan Cavanaugh. As the CFO, Nathan is passionate about business and project success. Starting his career as a Junior Accountant, he discovered his entrepreneurial spirit at Blue Water Capital Corp. He excels in steering projects and exploring new opportunities.

Holding a Ph.D. from the University of Tasmania, Dr. Lee is an expert in Colloidal Chemistry. His work spans Green chemistry, flow chemistry, catalysis, process design, supercritical fluids, bio-products, biomass conversion, and alternative solvents.
